It is impossible to know what the package contains without opening it.

Free courier express applies to orders with a goods value above a certain minimum amount depending on destination. Due to technical limitations,
this amount will be displayed at checkout time (before confirming the order).
All returns/exchanges require obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please email us at
email@example.com to obtain RMA number.
Shipping fees are not refundable; in case of free shipping the actual shipping cost applies.
Worldwide orders not received within 14 days are reshipped.
Orders not received within 28 days are refunded.
If order is returned due to the customer having stated a faulty address there will be no refund and reshipping will only be made if customer pays shipping fee again.
This includes box addresses which can not receive registered mail due to the requirement of signing.
If order is returned it will be refunded after shipping costs both way and 15% restocking fee have been deducted from the paid amount.
APO/FPO address: delivery is considered complete when tracking shows customs cleared. There will be no reshipping nor refund in case of
non-delivery to final destination. Customers should consider using the base address instead; courier service is available to most areas including all countries
in the Middle East. Using APO/FPO will also cause very long delivery times.
